You're already paying for calls you never answer.
A homeowner rings three numbers off Google. They hire whoever calls back first — not whoever is best, not whoever is cheapest. You're on a roof, in a crawlspace or at a showing, so the call goes to voicemail and they're gone before you've heard it.
Lead Rescue makes sure that never costs you a job again. It's the smallest thing we sell and the fastest thing we do.
Every entry plan starts with the audit — we don't sell this off the shelf. Here's why.
- Missed-call text-back, automatic
- Every web form answered inside five minutes
- A week-long follow-up sequence for non-responders
- All of it written to sound like you
- A monthly number: how many you got back
Software licence billed separately and at cost — usually $20–$60/month depending on your phone system. We don't hide margin in it.
Turning up the ad budget while calls go unanswered is pouring money into a bucket with a hole in it.
Work through your own numbers for a second. This is the arithmetic that makes Lead Rescue the first thing we sell almost everyone.
What a call is worth to you
Take your average job value and multiply by the share of quotes you win. A contractor on $18,000 jobs closing one in three is looking at roughly $6,000 of expected value every time the phone rings.
How many you miss
Check your call log for last month, not your memory. Most owner-operators are surprised. If you're on tools or in appointments all day, a meaningful share of your inbound goes to voicemail and never calls twice.
What recovering even one is worth
Lead Rescue costs $1,548 a year. If it recovers a single job in twelve months, it has paid for itself several times over — and if it recovers none, you should cancel it, which you can do any month.
We won't tell you it will double your bookings
Plenty of people selling this exact product quote a statistic. We won't, because what it recovers depends entirely on how many calls you currently miss and how good you are on the phone once you ring back. What we can tell you is exactly how many conversations it started for you each month, and you can decide whether that's worth $129.
Three automations, then it runs on its own.
Missed-call text-back
The second a call goes unanswered, the caller gets a text: "Sorry we missed you — what's the job and the address? We'll call you back within the hour." Most people reply, because texting is easier than calling twice. The lead stops being lost and becomes a conversation waiting for you when you're off the ladder.
Works on your existing number. Nobody has to change how they call you.
Five-minute reply to every web enquiry
Forms get an instant, personal-sounding response that confirms you have it and asks the two qualifying questions you'd ask anyway — what the job is, where it is, and when they want it done. The gap between a form arriving and a human replying is where most enquiries quietly die.
A follow-up sequence that doesn't need you
The people who don't reply the first time usually aren't gone — they're busy. A short, polite sequence over the following week catches a share of them. You never have to remember to chase anyone.
Why we can sell it this cheaply
Because we're honest about what it is: a few hours of configuration once, then almost nothing to run. We're not going to charge you a retainer for something that mostly maintains itself. It's priced at what it costs us plus a fair margin, and the reason we offer it is that clients who see it work tend to want the rest.
What it won't fix
If nobody is finding you in the first place, this recovers a share of very little. If you don't return the texts it collects, it does nothing at all. And it can't make a bad quote competitive. It plugs one specific leak — the free audit will tell you whether that's actually your leak before you spend anything.
We don't sell this off the shelf. There's no "buy now" button, on purpose.
Every entry plan starts with the free audit. That's not a sales step dressed up as a favour — it's a filter, and it runs in both directions.
It might not be your leak
Lead Rescue recovers a share of the enquiries you already get. If almost nobody is finding you in the first place, a share of very little is still very little — and your $129 would be better spent on the Google profile, or on nothing at all for now.
The audit works out which of four things is actually costing you work: you're not being found, you're being found and not believed, you're being contacted and not responding, or you're responding and not closing. Only the third one is what this fixes.
We take a limited number of entry clients each month
We're deliberately small, and a $129 plan still takes real setup time. If we let it fill up on a first-come basis, the places would go to whoever happened to click first rather than the businesses it will genuinely help. The audit is how we tell the difference.
If we're full when you ask, we'll say so and give you a date rather than take the money and put you in a queue.
You should watch us work before you pay us
You've likely been sold to by an agency before. Fifteen minutes of specific, correct observations about your actual business tells you more about whether we know what we're doing than any call we could book with you. If it's useless, you've lost nothing and you keep the video.
And if the audit says you don't need this, that's what it will say
Roughly speaking: if you answer your phone, reply to enquiries the same hour and rarely miss a call, Lead Rescue is not worth $129 to you and we'll tell you so in the video. We would rather lose the sale than take a monthly fee for something that recovers nothing — you'd cancel in four months anyway, and we'd have burned the relationship for $500.
You've probably been burned by an agency before.
Most contractors and agents we speak to have paid someone $1,500 a month for six months and got nothing they could point to. That's a reasonable thing to be wary of, so we've built the entry point to be as close to risk-free as we can make it.
Month to month
No three-month term on Lead Rescue, unlike our larger plans. Cancel any month with no penalty and no exit fee.
First month refundable
If it's set up and you don't think it's doing anything, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund the first month. You keep the setup.
Your number, your accounts
It runs on your phone number and your software licence, in your name. If you leave, you can keep the whole thing running without us.
No upsell pressure
Plenty of clients stay on Lead Rescue and nothing else, indefinitely. That's a perfectly good outcome and we won't chase you about it.
Fix the leak, then decide whether to turn up the tap.
Lead Rescue tells you something useful within a month: how much work was already reaching you and falling through. That number is what makes the next decision obvious — or tells you not to bother.
Lead Rescue — stop losing what you already get
Where you are now. Month to month.
Google Profile Rescue — get found more in the first place
One-time. For a local trade, the Google Business Profile often does more than the website: correct categories, every service listed, real job photos, questions answered, service area set properly. Most profiles we look at are about 40% filled in. More on local search.
Review Engine — stop losing to the firm with 180 reviews
Per month. Systematic asking at the right moment, a QR on your invoice, and every review answered. How it works.
Foundation — a site built to convert what you're now catching
Only once the leaks are closed. All our pricing.
About Lead Rescue.
Won't an automated text feel impersonal?
A short text saying you missed the call and will ring back within the hour feels considerably more personal than silence. We write it in your words, keep it brief, and never pretend a robot is a person. The moment they reply, it's you talking to them.
Do I need to change my phone number or provider?
Usually not. It works alongside your existing number in most setups. If your provider genuinely can't support it, we'll tell you on the call before you pay anything rather than after.
How long until it's running?
Within a week of you giving us access, and often two or three days. It's the fastest thing we deliver.
What's the software licence you mentioned?
The tool that actually sends the messages — typically $20–$60 a month depending on your phone system and volume. It's billed to you directly at cost. We don't take a cut of it, the same way we don't mark up ad spend.
Is this all you'll do for $129?
Yes, and that's deliberate. It's a genuinely small product, honestly priced, that solves one specific problem well. It's not a trial and it's not a loss-leader with strings — if it's the only thing you ever buy from us, that's fine.
Does this work for real estate agents too?
Yes. Agents lose enquiries to slow follow-up as often as contractors do — you're at a showing, the lead fills in a form, four hours pass. Same three automations, worded for your side of the business.
Why can't I just sign up and pay?
Because we'd be taking $129 a month before either of us knows whether it will recover anything for you. The audit takes us about half an hour and tells us whether unanswered enquiries are actually your problem — and if they're not, we'll point you at the thing that is, including when that thing is free and you should do it yourself.
It also means the limited entry places each month go to the businesses this genuinely helps rather than whoever clicked first.
How long does the audit add to getting started?
Two business days in most cases. Once you've seen it and want to go ahead, setup is usually another two to three days. So you're live inside a week from the audit request — the audit doesn't really slow anything down, it just stops us selling you the wrong thing.
Can I just set this up myself?
Honestly, yes — most business phone systems offer some version of a missed-call auto-text, and plenty of form tools can send an auto-responder. If you're comfortable configuring it and writing the messages, do that and keep the $129. We're selling the fact that it gets done properly this week instead of being on your list for a year.
